Return & Refund Policy for Fluffies

At Fluffies, we do not offer refunds on any purchases.

We only provide product exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product, or
  • The product is damaged/faulty upon delivery.

Important Requirement for Exchange Requests

To process any exchange request, customers must provide an unboxing/opening video clearly showing:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • The product being unpacked
  • The issue with the item received

Note

Requests without a valid opening video may not be eligible for exchange.
